At Vicorva, we not only have our own line of cosmetics formulated in our Valencian laboratories, but we are also distributors of perfumery and cosmetics containers and packaging, and we manufacture cosmetics for third parties. 
In our approach we always opt for new formulations based on R&D&I development. This has led us to receive recognition from the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness as an Innovative SME, thus rewarding our experience, trajectory and dedication to scientific and technological innovation. Let us introduce you to some of our featured projects! 
SENSITIVE SKIN LINE We know that sensitive and atopic skin requires specific care that is often not found on the market. That is why, during 2016 and 2017, our technical department developed an R&D project to formulate a cosmetic line with a high shea content, especially designed for sensitive and atopic skin.
With the support and recognition of the European Regional Development Fund and the Center for Industrial Technological Development, we created a new line of products with a formulation that contains more than 25% shea concentration.
This project culminated with very satisfactory results, including a series of products that meet the needs of these demanding skin types. Our products not only provide adequate hydration and nutrition, but also help soothe and reduce symptoms of atopic and sensitive skin, such as itching and irritation.
For body and facial skin care, we have launched a line of three products:

Highly moisturizing and nourishing facial oil, with regenerating and repairing function. It contains 99% natural ingredients of plant origin and 98% organic ingredients. It is a vegan natural cosmetics product that includes active ingredients such as organic shea oil, organic chia oil, organic fatty acids derived from olives and marine microalgae extract.

Body Butter with great hydration and nutrition power, which restores the skin barrier and protects the skin. It contains 53% natural ingredients of plant origin and 29% organic ingredients. This vegan body butter is formulated with shea oil and butter, organic licorice root, organic olive-derived fatty acids, organic jojoba esters, and organic abyssin oil.

Shea oleogel, specially formulated to cleanse the most sensitive and atopic skin. Gently cleanses and moisturizes the skin without soap in its formula. It contains 71% natural ingredients of plant origin and 32% organic ingredients. This Vicorva soap-free gel is formulated with organic shea and sunflower oils, soybean oil and castor oil.
We are proud to have achieved such exceptional formulations, based on oils, shea and organic ingredients. Our specific line for sensitive skin guarantees special care and cleansing, as well as helping to maintain skin hydration and nutrition.
ANTI-POLLUTION LINE Pollution, pollution and exposure to blue light from screens represent invisible attacks on our skin in the present but evident in the future. Currently, 92% of the world's population lives in places where pollution levels exceed the safety limits established by the World Health Organization.
Pollution and environmental pollution can have negative consequences on our skin, such as dehydration, irritations, dull skin, hyperpigmentation, spots, blemishes and premature aging.
For this reason, during 2018 and 2019, at Química Farmacéutica Vicorva we developed a new line of skincare products to protect it from pollution, specially formulated for hectic life in the city.
We highlight our anti-aging cream, Dragon's Blood Pollution Detox, a star product of the Vicorva brand. Formulated with natural ingredients of plant origin such as Pronalen Bio Project, Dragon's Blood, glycerin and aloe vera, this cream offers cellular and antioxidant protection against pollution and free radicals present in the environment. In addition, it combines different sunscreens to provide medium sun protection and protect the skin from photoaging.
In 2019, this project was recognized by the IVACE (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness) as Technological Innovation.
LINE FOR SKIN UNDERGOING ONCOLOGICAL TREATMENT In March 2020, we embarked on a new challenge: developing a line of products specially formulated for skin undergoing or that has undergone oncological treatments.
These treatments act on all cells in the body, including those in the skin. As a result, it is common for signs of dehydration, dryness, spots and even peeling to appear on the skin.
Our goal with this project is to develop a range of products that includes a gentle but effective cleanser to keep the skin in optimal conditions, an oil and a facial cream for deep hydration and nutrition of these skins with such specific needs, a body milk to body skin care, a sunscreen to protect sensitive or damaged skin from sun damage, and a lip regenerator to care for the skin of the lips, which is extremely sensitive and prone to dryness and wounds.
We hope to be able to show the results of this project at the end of 2022 and thus contribute to the care of those who are fighting cancer and make their path more bearable.
In addition to these projects, we have obtained recognition as an Innovative SME for many others, such as our Gold Age moisturizing facial cream, our line of vitamin C+ products and an upcoming serum project that we will announce soon.
These recognitions and support not only mean that our company carries out interesting projects in the field of R&D development, but also represent progress for society in maintaining healthy, cared for and protected skin.
